Peterhead Car Boot Sale

Email Print PDF

Car Boot is operational

The car boot sale has reopened until the end of autumn. Book your pitch now - every Saturday morning at St Peters Street.

St Peters Street Car Boot Sale PeterheadEvery other town seems to have one; so we thought it would be a good idea for Peterhead to have one too. We were granted a license from Aberdeenshire Council to hold a weekly car boot sale every Saturday morning from 8 am until 1 pm on the vacant space left by the demolition of the old flats on St Peter Street. This has increased footfall in the town centre during these periods, helping out traders whilst encouraging new visitors to Peterhead from outlying areas. Why not bag a bargain yourself?

Car drivers are respectfully asked to find alternative car parking spaces on the site between its operating hours and vehicle owners will be asked to remove any vehicles that are left overnight on Fridays before 7am.

If you want a pitch, you can now pay on the day at the gate but we recommend calling us first to reserve a spot because places are strictly limited. The fee is just £10 and terms and conditions apply. You can download the full list here but the summary is:

  • Only sellers who have paid the fee and have a Peterhead Projects receipt will be admitted to the site
  • Car Booters are permitted to occupy space at the Car Boot Sale on Saturday of each week between the hours of 8.00 am and 1.00 pm. All pitches must be fully vacated by 1.00 pm
